Brandon Hutcheson (Hutch) is a Tennessee Native, he grew up near the Mountains of East Tennessee. From a very early age Entrepreneurship was all he knew. Out of necessity for money, he learned that hard work and willingness to take the risk to work for himself came natural for him.

Brandon got into the mortgage lending world in 2001 and moved to Nashville in Jan of 2003 to pursue further opportunities. In addition to being in the top 1% of Mortgage Lenders in the Nation, Brandon has 3 other businesses. Brandon has been investing in real estate for almost 20 years, he has owned more than 40 rental properties in 6 states, built more than 15 homes, renovated more than a dozen properties and been involved in multiple land development deals. Brandon is passionate about helping others with Financial Literacy.

Brandon is the proud father to Brooklyn and Gavin, he is an avid traveler having visited 45 states and almost 20 countries. He enjoys all things outdoors and spending time with his pets. He is involved in several local organizations and nonprofits.
